For 24-hour coverage requirements such as corporate retreats with late-night working sessions or multi-day weddings, the butler team is staffed in shifts.

Single-event butler bookings

Butlers are bookable for single-event coverage including a welcome dinner, an anniversary night, a birthday celebration, or a single business meeting day. Same-day same-event coverage is available for a 6 to 8 hour shift with a 4 hour minimum. For these bookings, the butler handles setup, service through the event, and clear-down before leaving.

Pairing with other concierge services

Butler service pairs naturally with private chef (the chef cooks, the butler serves), photographer coordination (the butler manages timing and talent), and property transfer (the butler is on-site for arrival to handle bags). Is daily housekeeping included with the butler?

Can the butler arrange transportation and reservations?

Are butler gratuities included?

The butler rate covers service. Gratuity is at guest discretion and customary at 15 to 20 percent of the butler invoice for full-stay engagements. The concierge desk includes a gratuity line on the final invoice for ease of settlement.
