Guests must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid government-issued identification at booking. A credit card is required for the refundable security deposit. Additional requirements may apply to specific properties or stay durations.

A reservation is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the deposit and applicable payment are received. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, wire transfer, Square, Cash App, and Venmo. A credit card is required to hold the security deposit.

Only listed, approved guests may occupy the villa. Properties may not be used for commercial events, subleasing, or any purpose beyond private residential use unless expressly agreed in writing. Guest count must not exceed the property's stated capacity. Smoking and pets are subject to individual property rules specified at booking. The villa must be returned in the condition received, with any consumables restocked as specified in the rental agreement.

A refundable security deposit is required on every booking and is released after the property is inspected following checkout. The guest is responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, or additional service fees incurred during the stay, assessed against the deposit and the guest's profile on file.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida.
