Do I have to book the villa first to use this service?
No, but most combined bookings start with the villa because the villa drives the dates and the location. Some guests book the yacht charter or the exotic first and add the villa, which is also fine. The concierge desk coordinates whichever order you book in.
Are the prices different when booking across all three?
No. Pricing matches the sister-site direct rate. There is no coordination premium. The advantage is one team handling all three rather than three separate teams, which removes the scheduling friction.
What about days when I want to use the car and go on the yacht?
Common pattern. The exotic gets you and the group to the marina, the captain meets you at the dock, you spend the day on the water, and the car is waiting when you return. The yacht and the car are independent bookings so the cost is per-day for each. The desk schedules both for the same day.

What if the yacht weather is bad on the booked day?
The captain calls weather typically the night before. If the day is unsafe, the charter reschedules to a later day in your stay at no additional cost. If reschedule is not possible (last day of stay, weather window does not open), the charter fee is refunded or applied to a future trip. The villa stay is not affected.
