Estate Overview

THE RESIDENCE

Casa Lumina is a four-bedroom, five-bath contemporary villa built for entertaining and comfort on Fort Lauderdale's Intracoastal Waterway. Eight guests move through clean-lined rooms anchored by a chef's kitchen, a living space that opens fully to the water, and primary quarters with spa-quality finishes. The house breathes: floor-to-ceiling glass frames the canal views, and every room connects to the outdoor living zone without false walls or awkward transitions.

INTRACOASTAL LOCATION

Located on the Intracoastal itself, Casa Lumina puts you fifteen minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and ten minutes north to Las Olas Boulevard's restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. The beach at A1A is a five-minute drive. Bahia Mar and Pier Sixty-Six sit directly across the water, visible from the master suite. This stretch of the Intracoastal is quiet enough to hear the palms but connected enough that a ten-minute boat ride reaches the yacht club crowd or the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show docks.

INTERIOR AND LAYOUT

The main living area is a single open plane: kitchen island with waterfront sightlines, dining for six, and a lounge with a gas fireplace and smart TV. Four bedrooms distribute across two floors. The primary has a walk-in closet and spa bath with a soaking tub angled to the water. Guest rooms are equally appointed, each with blackout shades, rainfall showers, and quality linens. Laundry, wine fridge, and a separate powder room for staff or guests round the footprint.

OUTDOORS AND WATERFRONT

The dock is yours: electric davits secure two jet skis or a twenty-four-foot center console, and the heated saltwater pool sits between the house and the seawall. Travertine pavers stay cool underfoot. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and a beverage station anchors the entertaining zone. Native plantings and accent lighting let you float at night without floodlights, and a cabana with ceiling fans and weatherproof seating overlooks both pool and water.

THE BOOKING

Casa Lumina rents through Limitless Villas with a full concierge, personal chef, private transfers, and access to our exotic car and yacht fleet. Your stay includes dock privileges, pool heating, and housekeeping. Contact the concierge team to secure dates or discuss customizations for your group.
