Sleeps fourteen comfortably across the main residence and guest pavilion.

The villa sits on the Venetian Causeway corridor, one of Miami Beach's most exclusive addresses, twenty minutes to Miami International Airport and a straight shot south into South Beach or north toward Bal Harbour. You are on water but not in the chaos, with direct bay access and enough sightlines to watch the sunset paint Biscayne Bay nightly. The main living space opens to the pool deck through floor-to-ceiling glass that vanishes in good weather.
