MIAMI BEACH LOCATION
The villa sits in Miami Beach proper, 25 minutes south of Miami International Airport (MIA) and just under a mile from the Atlantic Ocean. This neighborhood commands views of Biscayne Bay and direct access to the Venetian Causeway corridor, putting South Beach dining and nightlife a short drive west. Star Island and the Design District sit 20 to 30 minutes away by car. You are far enough from the strip to claim real privacy, close enough to reach any Miami-Dade venue in under 45 minutes.
