The villa places you thirty-five minutes from Miami International Airport and ten minutes north to Aventura for dining and retail. You are walking distance to your own stretch of sand, and a short drive south puts you on Bal Harbour Shops or north toward the Broward line.

The interior spreads across multiple levels with clear zoning for hosts and guests.
