THE RESIDENCE
Villa Bali is a six-bedroom, six-bath residence designed for families and groups who want privacy and full control over their Miami Beach stay. The layout flows openly between living spaces and guest wings, with each bedroom holding its own ensuite. Common areas include a chef's kitchen, dining pavilion, and multiple lounges scaled for entertaining without feeling corporate. Capacity is twelve guests across the full property.
MIAMI BEACH LOCATION
The villa sits in Miami Beach proper, roughly twenty minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA) and five minutes from the Atlantic shore via Collins Avenue and the surrounding street network. You are steps from South Beach's dining and nightlife on Ocean Drive, close enough to walk to Faena and nearby galleries in the Design District corridor, yet positioned in a quieter pocket of the neighborhood. The Venetian Causeway connects directly west to Brickell and downtown Miami in under ten minutes.
INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
Six ensuite bedrooms are distributed across two floors, each with temperature control and privacy. The main living area features floor-to-ceiling glass, a marble island kitchen with sub-zero and Wolf appliances, and a dining table that seats ten. Guest areas include a library lounge, powder room, and den suitable for business calls or downtime. All bedrooms are appointed with linens and amenities; climate is managed throughout. Lighting is programmable and discrete.
OUTDOORS AND WATERFRONT
The grounds include a heated saltwater pool with cascading tiers and integrated lounge seating. Mature landscaping provides sightlines and wind breaks. An outdoor kitchen and bar occupy the main deck, with a dining setup for alfresco service. The rear terrace handles groups of twenty easily; the landscape is irrigated and maintained by staff.
