THE RESIDENCE
Villa Belle is a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence built for large families and executive groups who want Miami Beach privacy without compromise. The floorplan spans two stories with flexible living zones, each bedroom outfitted with ensuite baths and climate control. This is a working villa, not a showpiece: thick concrete walls dampen noise, smart home systems manage temperature and lighting, and the layout separates guest areas from the owner's wing so multiple parties can coexist without friction.
MIAMI BEACH LOCATION
The villa sits in the quieter residential corridor of Miami Beach, minutes north of the Art Deco Historic District and a short drive to the Design District and Wynwood for dining and culture. Miami International Airport is 20 minutes south via MacArthur Causeway. The beach itself is a five-minute walk; the Intracoastal runs parallel to the neighborhood, offering boat access to Bal Harbour and the Venetian Causeways for private yacht mooring.
INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
The main living room opens to the north-facing loggia with sightlines through floor-to-ceiling glass. The chef's kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, and a separate butler's pantry. Seven distinct bedrooms allow for a master suite with steam shower and spa tub, five guest suites with king or twin configurations, and a bunk room for children or staff. Marble flooring runs through common areas; the primary bedrooms feature hardwood and heated tile. A game room with full bar and media wall occupies the upper level.
OUTDOORS AND WATERFRONT
The heated saltwater pool wraps an L-shaped deck with integrated lounging and cabana seating. A separate spa tub sits under a pergola overlooking the pool deck. Mature coconut palms and privacy hedging shield the residence from neighboring properties. A boat lift on the property dock accommodates vessels up to 35 feet, with direct Intracoastal access.
