THE RESIDENCE
Villa Bevi is a five-bedroom, seven-bath modern residence designed for groups and families who want direct Miami Beach access without the hotel crowd. The layout flows across two levels with clean lines, high ceilings, and the kind of open-plan kitchen and living space that works for both entertaining and quiet mornings. Each bedroom is sized for actual comfort, not compromise.
MIAMI BEACH LOCATION
The villa sits on Miami Beach proper, minutes from the Julia Tuttle Causeway and roughly twenty minutes to Miami International (MIA). You are walking distance from Ocean Drive's restaurant scene and the Design District boutiques via short drives west. The Atlantic is close enough for a morning swim before breakfast.
INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
The main living area anchors the ground floor with a chef's kitchen, dining for eight, and a media room that works for both work calls and evening wind-downs. Five guest suites occupy the upper level and a separate guest wing, each with en-suite baths and individual climate control. Lighting is layered and dimmable. WiFi is robust. The primary suite includes a spa-style bath and walk-in closet.
OUTDOORS AND WATERFRONT
A heated private pool with integrated spa sits at the center of the outdoor space, shaded by mature palms and framed by a limestone deck. Lounge areas are set up for all-day use. The property includes a putting green, an outdoor shower, and a covered patio with a bar and seating for twelve. A gate and landscaping provide real privacy from the street.
