North Bay Beach sits on the east side of Miami-Dade, minutes from the calm shallow waters of the bay and close to the MacArthur Causeway approach toward downtown Miami. You are twenty minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA) and ten minutes by boat to the Venetian Pool docks and South Beach anchors. The neighborhood is residential, quieter than island properties, and ideal for families who want bay access and privacy without the crowded resort feel.

The main living areas span the ground floor with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and direct sight lines to the water. A full chef's kitchen handles multiple courses and guest preferences.
