THE RESIDENCE
Villa Celine is a five bedroom, five bath waterfront residence built for families and executive groups who need space, privacy, and direct Intracoastal access without downtown congestion. The home sleeps ten across thoughtfully scaled suites, each with its own full bath. The floor plan moves between living, dining, and kitchen on the main level, then splits to private guest quarters upstairs, a layout that keeps hosts separate from visitors and works equally well for multi-week stays or weekend entertaining.
FORT LAUDERDALE INTRACOASTAL LOCATION
The villa sits on the Intracoastal Waterway, minutes from Las Olas Boulevard's restaurants and retail, and twenty minutes north to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL). The Hillsboro Mile and Lighthouse Point marinas are a short boat ride south. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach corridor lie eight to twelve minutes by car depending on traffic. Bahia Mar and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show venues are close enough for morning inspections and evening returns without airport timing pressure.
INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
The main living spaces feature wide windows facing the water, a chef's kitchen with separate prep area, and dining for twelve. Guest suites are distributed across two levels to minimize family crossover. Climate control, smart home systems, and audio throughout let you manage the property from poolside or away. Limestone and natural light define the aesthetic, practical without pretense.
OUTDOORS AND WATERFRONT
The dock accommodates boats up to forty feet, with fresh water hookups and power pedestals. A heated saltwater pool overlooks the Intracoastal, surrounded by lounge and dining areas. Mature landscaping screens the property from neighbors while maintaining water views. The terrace extends entertaining space and is wired for sound and light.
