THE RESIDENCE
Villa Divina is a five bedroom, five bathroom Miami Beach luxury rental built for groups and families who want privacy without compromise. Ten guests sleep comfortably across thoughtfully sized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The home flows from public living spaces into private retreats, with contemporary finishes and clean lines throughout. High ceilings and wide windows pull light and views through every room.
MIAMI BEACH LOCATION
The villa sits in the heart of Miami Beach, minutes from the Venetian Causeway and South Beach's dining and nightlife. Miami International Airport is 20 minutes south. Ocean access and Lummus Park are a short walk, putting you steps from the Atlantic. The neighborhood offers both beachfront energy and quiet residential streets where Villa Divina's entrance feels removed from the bustle.
INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
Each of the five suites includes a full bath, walk in closet, and individual climate control. The main floor holds a chef's kitchen, formal dining for twelve, and a living room anchored by a gas fireplace and marble accents. A media room provides a retreat for quiet evenings. Marble and hardwood flooring carry through the home. Two powder rooms serve guests in transit.
OUTDOORS AND WATERFRONT
The backyard centers on a heated saltwater pool with spa jets and an adjacent sun deck facing south. A covered loggia with full outdoor kitchen and bar seating works for entertaining or private meals. Mature landscaping screens the property from neighbors. The home includes direct Biscayne Bay water access with a private dock for boats up to 50 feet, making morning runs to Stiltsville or Coral Gables anchorages effortless.
