Lighthouse Point is Broward County's northernmost waterfront community, thirty minutes north of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and fifteen minutes south of the Hillsboro Inlet. The neighborhood sits on a narrow barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic, which means every premium property has direct channel access and most have direct ocean inlets. Villa Faros has both. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Boulevard are twenty-five minutes south by car or thirty-five minutes by private boat through the Intracoastal. A1A runs the length of the island and connects to Bahia Mar to the south and the Hillsboro Lighthouse to the north.

The main floor opens with a chef's kitchen, formal dining for ten, and a living room positioned to catch morning light and afternoon water views. A guest suite occupies the west wing for visitors who want separation from the primary bedrooms. The master suite spans the entire eastern exposure and includes a spa bath, steam shower, and a private study that overlooks the dock. All living spaces have retractable glass walls that open the interior completely to the covered loggia.

The heated saltwater pool and spa sit on a wide limestone terrace that flows directly to the seawall. The dock accommodates vessels up to fifty-five feet and has dual jet ski lifts. A private beach cabana with full bathroom and wet bar sits between the pool and the water's edge. Native plantings, a wide lawn, and mature palms create privacy and a sense of retreat even though the home sits in a walkable village setting. The property faces the Hillsboro Inlet, meaning access to the Atlantic for fishing, diving, or a morning run to offshore reefs.
