Each photographer brings their own gear and editing workflow. We match the shooter to the brief at booking. For multi-day brand campaigns, the same photographer covers the full schedule for consistency. For single-event shoots, the right shooter is matched to the time of day, the indoor or outdoor location, and the desired feel.
Crew and production
For brand campaigns and commercial shoots, full crew is bookable: photo assistant, lighting tech, hair and makeup, wardrobe stylist, prop stylist, and producer. Crew is sourced from a shared roster of Miami production talent. Lighting and grip can be brought in for large interior shoots. For drone exterior coverage, an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot is included with the package. For commercial shoots involving talent, model releases, and brand approvals, the producer handles the paperwork.
Delivery and rights
Standard delivery for personal lifestyle shoots is a curated set of 40 to 80 edited images via a private gallery, 48 hours after the shoot. For brand and commercial shoots, RAW files and unlimited usage rights are quoted separately and signed via a usage agreement at booking. For real estate photography, full delivery including interior, exterior, twilight, and drone lands 5 business days after the shoot in MLS-ready format. Same-day rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

Can the photographer shoot during the day or only at golden hour?
Both. Golden hour at sunrise or sunset is preferred for exterior and pool deck shots. Midday interior shots benefit from controlled lighting and the photographer brings the gear. For multi-shoot stays, the photographer typically covers a golden-hour exterior session, an interior daytime session, and an evening dinner or event session for a single day of coverage.
What about model releases and commercial usage rights?
For personal lifestyle shoots, no releases needed and personal-use rights are included. For brand and commercial shoots where the images will be published, signed model releases for everyone on camera and a usage rights agreement covering territory, duration, and media type are part of the booking paperwork. The producer handles this at booking.
Can the photographer shoot a wedding ceremony at the villa?
Yes. Wedding photography is one of the most common villa shoot bookings. The package typically covers getting-ready coverage at the villa, ceremony, formal portraits, reception, and the after-party. For multi-day wedding events, the same photographer covers the full schedule. Wedding bookings are quoted with crew size and delivery timeline at booking.
What is the turnaround for delivered photos?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours for a curated set of edited lifestyle photos. Real estate listing photography lands in 5 business days. Brand campaign delivery (RAW plus edits plus usage paperwork) is typically 7 to 10 business days. Same-day rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
